Meet Bailey

Bailey is a certified full-spectrum doula — supporting families through fertility, birth, and postpartum — and has worked with hundreds of families over the years, offering holistic and comprehensive care every step of the way.

She trained and certified with Ancient Song Doula Services in Brooklyn, New York, and is deeply committed to providing informed, inclusive, and nurturing support that honors the unique journey of each family. Often described as a “one-stop baby shop,” Bailey supports parents from preconception through the early weeks of newborn life with warmth, knowledge, and intuition.

As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Bailey is especially passionate about helping families find success in their unique feeding journeys and supporting parents with compassionate, evidence-based lactation care.

Bailey is also a Reiki Master and incorporates gentle energy healing into her care, offering a calming, intuitive presence that supports emotional balance and energetic alignment throughout the childbearing journey.

Before becoming a doula, Bailey worked as an elementary school teacher and early childhood development specialist. She holds a Master’s degree in Infancy & Family Development/Early Childhood Education from Bank Street College and a BA in Spanish Language & Literature from the University of Maryland.

Bailey has combined her passions for education and childbirth into a career that centers teaching and empowerment. She offers a variety of classes designed to help parents feel confident as they prepare for birth and early parenthood — including HypnoBirthing®, Breastfeeding, Newborn Care, Birth Partner Preparation, and Prenatal Yoga.

Bailey loves to travel to exotic scuba diving destinations, crafting herbal remedies, practicing yoga and meditation, enjoying vegan meals, and spending time in nature. She is also the author of Stay Fertile, a gentle guide to supporting fertility through mind, body, and lifestyle practices.
